Flip-flops and hamsters.
It’s January, and I’m wearing flip-flops.  I’ve resisted so far, even though, back home, I wear flip-flops until the second or third snowfall.  I’m not quite sure why; maybe it’s the oppressive
 
 
Amanda arrived on a jetplane from the USA in August 2007, opting to give a year to serve abroad and we’re very excited to have her at St Mary’s! A North Dakotan, she occasionally jogs, plays a mean guitar (which is blue), is a summer camp supremo (suprema?) and is strangely unaffected by the cold.
Amanda’s focus is developing work with the church as well as mentoring and wider activities in the local community.
Amanda finished at St Mary’s in August 2008.
